Affiliated with the UK Marine Animal Rescue Coalition (MARC) and providing specialist training in marine mammal rescue for an elite team of professionals, the CRRU operates the only full-time whale and dolphin emergency rescue operation in Scotland. The fully trained team of cetologists and veterinarians are on standby 24 hours a day, throughout the year, with specialist rescue equipment, medical diagnostics and supplies to assist whales and dolphins in trouble.
