Dave White

Dave White Dave White is a phenomenal drummer who many people will have seen with the rock trio "Bad to the Bone". They have been entertaining crowds all over Scotland since 1997. Dave has a colourful musical CV. He became a professional drummer after Nick Mason of Pink Floyd heard him at school and was so impressed he set up a band for Dave to play with on his birthday. In the 70's he used to 'hang out' with many well known musicians such as Keith Moon and has played in all the major venues in London with the band "Thunder Zone", including being supported by Genesis at the Lyceum. He also recorded in the Beatles old studio - studio 2, Abbey Road as well as the Moody Blues studio Threshold - before they had even used it themselves. Dave played with several bands until he decided to move to Scotland where he has lived ever since. He has spent the years honing and perfecting his considerable talent as a songwriter and lyricist using keyboards and guitar to showcase his compositions. Several of these are featured on this album. Having the dolphins as his aquatic neighbours and knowing of the sterling work being done by Dr Robinson, he wanted to do something tangible to help and the mixture of brilliant upbeat and lyrical tracks on this album is the result.

Andrew Lake

Andrew Lake Andrew Lake is a very busy young man. As a sound engineer with Cunard Liners, he can be away from home travelling all over the world for many months of the year. In between taking care of entertainment on famous ships such as the QE2, Andrew also indulges his passion for writing music on keyboard. A lifelong friend of Dr Robinson, he was introduced to Dave in the summer of '98. Both shared a love for the dolphins and respected the work of Dr Kev and the CRRU, so it was a natural progression for them to make this CD. Andrew has contributed 3 wonderful tracks for this album.
